9Round is a unique kickboxing-inspired fitness program that delivers a full-body workout in just 30 minutes. There are no set class times—just show up, and a new workout starts every three minutes! Our program consists of nine workout stations, each designed to improve strength, endurance, and coordination. A 9Round trainer is always there to guide and motivate you throughout the session. The workout consists of Strength and conditioning exercises, these are divided between our boxing bag rounds and our weights rounds.
9Round is designed for all fitness levels, whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced athlete. You don’t need any prior boxing experience—our trainers will teach you the fundamentals and adjust the workouts to match your fitness level. Every session is designed to help you build strength, improve endurance, and boost confidence at your own pace.
For your first 9Round session, wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. We provide boxing gloves and wraps, but you’re welcome to bring your own. You’ll also want to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. A pro tip is to make sure you have something to eat around 45minutes before your session, this way our energy levels will stay high throughout the whole session.
This depends on your fitness goals, but we recommend training at 9Round three to five times per week for the best results. Our workouts are designed to be efficient and effective, so consistency is key to seeing progress.
